Too small for fish, but perfect for any kind of insect larvae, water beetles and birds who are visiting my little pond every day for washing their plumage and drinking.Stone seats are included for comfortable wildlife watching. :-)
I found this mini wasp nest under a big rock. The wasp queen had built it for her very first hive members which were still in larval stage. After the queen was gone, I opened the little paper ball and saw big fat white larvae, each placed in perfectly symmetrical comb chambers, constantly begging for food.
